Nicole Harvey is an author, attorney, and founder of Nevada Counsel, licensed to practice in Nevada state and federal courts. Since 2008, Nicole has advised individuals, families, businesses, and nonprofit organizations in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, business general counsel, and related legal matters. Her career has included work in private law firms, in-house legal departments, and solo private practice, giving her a practical perspective on both personal and business legal issues.

Nicole received her Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Economics from the University of Nevada, Reno, and her Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. A proud native Nevadan, Nicole built Nevada Counsel around a commitment to clear guidance, thoughtful strategy, and compassionate client service. She is raising the next generation of kind, smart, and funny people near the ancient shores of the Great Basin.

Dominic Sinnott is a Nevada attorney with more than 15 years of experience spanning litigation, public service, and in-house corporate counsel. A third-generation Nevadan raised in Carson City, Dominic earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Nevada, Reno, and his Juris Doctor (J.D.) and Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Environmental Law from Golden Gate University School of Law.

Dominic began his Nevada legal career in public service, serving as a Deputy District Attorney for Lyon County and later as a Deputy Alternate Public Defender for Washoe County. During that time, he gained extensive courtroom experience handling criminal and civil matters, including jury trials and appellate proceedings before the Nevada Supreme Court.

Dominic later transitioned to corporate practice, serving as Senior Counsel and Director of Government Affairs and ultimately General Counsel for a publicly traded Nevada-based company. In that role, he advised company leadership on corporate governance, contracts, regulatory compliance, risk management, government affairs, and the wide range of legal issues involved in operating and growing a business.

At Nevada Counsel, Dominic draws on that broad background in courtroom advocacy, business operations, and practical problem-solving to assist clients with probate and estate administration, estate planning, and business matters. He is committed to giving clients clear, practical guidance and helping them navigate complicated legal issues with confidence.

A Northern Nevadan at heart, Dominic has also served local nonprofit and industry organizations and values the opportunity to use his experience to help individuals, families, and businesses in the community he calls home.

Kathi Lutsch is an Advanced Certified Paralegal with more than 30 years of experience in the legal profession, with a focus on probate, estate planning, and estate litigation. She earned her Certified Paralegal (CP) designation in 1996 and has continued to expand her expertise through Advanced Certified Paralegal (ACP) credentials in Discovery, E-Discovery, Trial Practice, and Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Kathi is an active member of the Paralegal Division of the State Bar of Nevada, NALA, the Washoe County Bar Association, the Sierra Nevada Association of Paralegals, the Washoe County Probate Bar Association, and the Paralegals and Legal Assistants of the Probate Bar.

At Nevada Counsel, Kathi brings decades of practical experience, careful attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to every matter she supports. She is committed to helping clients navigate probate and estate matters with greater clarity and confidence while helping the legal team work efficiently and consistently. Kathi believes the best outcomes are achieved through collaboration and takes pride in sharing her knowledge and experience to make the legal process as seamless and stress-free as possible.

Jackie Brown serves as Operations Coordinator at Nevada Counsel, where she helps manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the firm and supports both attorneys and clients throughout the legal process. Her experience includes legal office administration, scheduling, document coordination, client communication, and managing the many details that keep a busy professional environment organized and running smoothly.

Jackie brings reliability, organization, and a genuinely caring approach to her work. She is often one of the people helping clients stay connected to the firm, understand what comes next, and make sure important details do not fall through the cracks. Her commitment to responsive service and thoughtful follow-through helps create the organized, welcoming client experience Nevada Counsel strives to provide.

Outside of work, Jackie is a wife and devoted mom who enjoys spending time with her family. She brings the same sense of care, dependability, and commitment to her home life that she brings to the Nevada Counsel team.
